SCAG’s main office is located in downtown Los Angeles. In addition, SCAG has five regional offices throughout the region, where staff is available to assist you with a variety of services and events.
Videoconferencing is available at each regional office and the videoconference site at the South Bay Cities Council of Governments located at 20285 S. Western Avenue, Suite 100, Torrance, CA 90501.

SCAG is accessible via Metro Rail from the 7th Street / Metro Center Station via the A, B, D, and E Lines.
SCAG is accessible by all Metrolink Service to Union Station. Transfer to the Metro B or D lines (free transfer with Metrolink ticket) at Union Station and disembark at the 7th and Metro Station.
SCAG is served directly by DASH Routes A, B, E, and F. Bus service via Metro, Foothill, Santa Monica, and Orange County transit is available downtown. Call 323.GO.METRO or use Google Maps for details.

The SCAG Ethics Hotline exists to report conduct that may be unethical, illegal, in violation of professional standards, or otherwise inconsistent with SCAG’s policies. Before using the Ethics Hotline, please consider whether your concern can be directly raised with someone at SCAG.
An individual may submit an incident reports to the Ethics Hotline using any of the following methods:

Submit an incident report online and check the status of an existing report on the Integrity Counts website.
